If there is a risk to life, call 999 immediately
If you believe the issue is dangerous, please contact Warwickshire County Council customer service centre on 01926 412515 between 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm Friday.
Outside of these hours, please report it to the local police.
